During check out there is a pop-up offering a coupon on future purchases at Blair. When you click on the coupon and enter e-mail address, you accepted membership and charges in Blair Rewards and billing of $14.95 per month on your Visa card (they already have number because you made a purchase) Then if you call Blair customer service about the charge they say they can't help you because it is an outside vendor.
