One big ripoff. Not only did they not send the DVD collection that was advertised, but they do not have a return address listed on their website (presumably because the items are drop shipped from somewhere in Asia). The DVD's labels were hand written on (i.e. "disk #8, disk, #9, etc.) and the quality was third generation out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Problems continued as I tried to fight this through my credit card company, CAPITAL ONE. ALL calls are forwarded to India where the customer service rep just reads off a script and cannot solve the problem. read full review »
