I am SO frustated! i just bought a laptop for almost $600 last Saturday. On Sunday, it starts to freeze up and get these blank screens or screens that has lines going up and down. I have to power it back up for it to read a error message stating that "windows did not shut down properly"! i took it back to best buy (thank god it is still within the 14 day range) and they told me that they can see that it is the touchpad not working.
