NO COMPLAINT! The people talking bad about them just haven't realized what they purchased! Iwe have the same benefits as someone who paid thosands more more a timeshare with travel points, if you don't know ow to travel outside the US safely (and how much it actually cost ) then you won't understand the benefits. Also, if you haven't already travelled without the benefits, then you won't know how much nicer and cheaper it is to do it this way. If you don't travel already then you can't compare the value.
