Merchant One continues to attempt to collect fees that are not owed by my company. they do not respond to my requests for information or my Bank's requests and are clearly not being honest. Merchant One

Merchant One started calling me months after they say they attempted to deduct a $22.81 shipping charge from account. I paid the $22.81 when asked. They say my bank denied the payment and are now charging me NSF charges. I have requested proof from Merchant One's bank showing that they made these attempts, they have produced nothing. My bank says (and will put it in writing) that Merchant One never attempted to deduct the shipping fee and that my account has never had non-sufficient funds.
