They sold their product to a minor. When I called to explain the situation they said to return the product and I would have the refund in 7-10 business days. The received the product and after 13 days I called to check the status of the return they had not even processed it. They said I was supposed to call them to get the refund even though they had the product in their possession for almost 2 weeks.
