Purchased a mobile and 18 month contract from dial-a-phone in Dec 07. Phone arrived and contract started and was told that not only did I have 3 months free insurance but the phone was under a 12 month manufacturers warranty too. In Feb 08, the on/off button came off the phone and I tried to contact dial a phone but there was not a number anywhere other than sales. I spoke to sales and they told me to email which I did.
