My issues with Chase started around April of 2009. I have two cards with Chase. One of my cards was not paid by the due date because of my own oversight. They charged me a 39 late fee, which was the first time since I have had my cards with Chase, formerly WaMu. I called to ask for a one-time fee reversal and they declined.
