I signed up for funwebprofits on 8/10/09. I cancelled on 8/12/09 when I discovered that there was going to be a $29.95 montly memebership fee. To my surprise $29.95 was deducted from my checking account on 10/7/09 from a company called vbl alterfunds. Fortunately, I saved my emails from when I signed up for funwebprofits and made some calls. Bottom line is the 2 companies are "partners".
