Please be careful when reading complaints on message boards. Most people who complain don't understand the value of having a professional service person take care of their problems. You will find that a lot of them say that "I fixed it myself for $6 dollars" Yea right. Don't mess around with the most valuable thing that you own... your home. Use professional service people to get the job done right. And always ask about a warranty and how long they have been in business. read full review »
