Hamptons managed our rental last year and were absolutely terrible. The property started having problems (falling apart) from the beginning of the tenancy and none of these problems were ever put right - most crucially, the lock on the front door broke and even though Hamptons were made aware of this, it was never fixed! So we had to enter the house via the back garden everytime! During the tenancy the owner of the property came round without any warning several times to 'check the property' - which is totally breaking the tenancy agreement. We felt totally invaded and had no privacy - regardless of our complaints to Hamptons. read full review »
