I purchased the trial service to start an internet business, and when it wasn't what I expected, I asked to cancel my subscription. When I got my bank statements, there were two regular charges for the biz kit. When I called the 800 number, I talked to someone in the Phillipines and got absolutely nowhere. They wouldn't let me talk to their supervisor, they wouldn't give me a refund, and they wouldn't help me resolve the issue at all.
