I ordered a paint roller on 20 October 08 and the money was taken out of my account on 21 October with delivery promised within 10 days. When it did not arrive I have tried to contact them about it, having registered the non delivery on their automated system, emailed customer servcies and tried on numerous occasions to speak to someone in customer services, but they never answer the phone. I have spent lots of money on phone calls but to date have not got anywhere. read full review »
