I too have been getting the runaround from cheaptrips now for 2 months. After taking all necessary steps to get my refund and jumping thru numrous hoops, the refund that was guaranteed has still not been processed. This past week I called each day to try and speak with the coveted "refund supervisor" who apparantly is always out to lunch or on vacation when I happen to call.
