After going through their account cancellation process, I received a phone call from them confirming my subscription had been canceled (May 2009). They however have decided to keep charging my credit card every month since the cancellation. I've tried contacting them through their website, but can't because I can't log in to an account that no longer exists. The phone number associated with their website is of course out of service.
