All I can say is that I am ANGRY... very ANGRY at Bank of America for ruining my - up until now - perfect credit history! I had to leave in June for business overseas for 3 months. Prior to leaving, I had so much to do to arrange travel and arrangements that I was late on ONE payment to Bank of America. I had never been late or delinquent in my 3 years.
