I have four phone with PCS. The agreement says I pay $176 a month for all four, now I am having to pay $181.64. No reason, just pay the amount. Cannot talk to people at the actual store, they do not handle that. There is no customer service to call. If you pay at one of their stores, there is a $3.00 service fee for using your credit or debit card along with an additional $1.00 per phone. So in reality they tag on $7.00 to the total monthly fee. They can charge anywhere from $3.00 to $5.00 depending on the store. This is unfair practice and should not be allowed. read full review »
