My NetSpend card was charged $30.95 on 10/15. On 10/16, they credited my account and then recharged me $29.95. Each time, my bank charges a transaction fee. The Card company says I have to wait approx. 30 for the dispute to be concluded and a decision made whether or not to refund my money...MY MONEY. I have NEVEr heard of this company and I only found the charge while I was reviewing recent charges to my card. I am upset that every time I call VBL Alterfunds.com at 800-509-8479, they say they're closed. How can this be right? No one has money these days to loose. I need help. ~T.Wheeler read full review »
