This lazy company is the worst Mortgage company ever!!! I lost me job and got behind in my Mortgage payment and my mortgage went from Citi-financial to Bay-view I was working with a women there, she was the laziest female known to man, she promise me and my family everything was going to be fine. We fax her a hardship letter stating all of my finances it was probably close to a hundred pages of information so she could place us in one of those Government programs.
