I bought a plane ticket in November to travel to Virginia. When I got my credit card statement for the month of December, I saw a $12 charge from a company called Reservation Rewards. I have never heard of this company and I called them and they said they got my credit card info from Orbitz when I purchased my ticket.

SmartLooks Window and Wall Decor
I went to Smartlooks in Richardson Texas to see about getting window treatments for my house I had just purchased. I rather large lady approached me and asked me in a harsh, foreign accent if I needed help. I told her “no, I was just looking right now”. I kept looking to try to get an idea of what I wanted and noticed she was standing there, staring at me.

Days Inn Downtown/Riverwalk - San Antonio
I was staying at this hotel and went down for their complimentary breakfast in the morning. While I was standing in line, a Mexican lady cut in front of me. I exchanged some words with her about cutting in line. She went and told the manager on duty, a Mexican lady named Alicia Sevales, that I said something to her. <br />

Orthodontic treatmeant
I would strongly not recommend Dr. Joseph Ainsworth of Irving, Texas for orthodontic treatment. I went to him years ago and I don’t mean to discriminate against age, but this guy should have retired a long ago. He is probably in his 80’s and his hands shake so bad due to his old age that he was not able to change the wires on my braces, but had to have his assistants change them. <br />

Countertop resurfacing
I had Imagistone countertop resurfacing done on my kitchen countertops and have to say I am not pleased with the results. They spray a kind of a plastic coating over your existing countertops and it is supposed to look like granite. The finish is not smooth but is grainy and it is hard to get most stains out. I think it must be porous or something because you really have to scrub to get it clean. It looks like it was spayed on.<br />

Verizon FIOS
I would advise anyone from doing business with Verizon as they will probably try to rip you off by charging bogus charges on your credit card. I had Verizon Fios TV service and then added their Internet service. I had received a monthly bill for both bundled services. Because the Verzion Fios picture quality was so bad and the onscreen menu was very confusing, I decided to cancel just the Fios service and get Dish Network satellite service instead. <br />

Colonial National Mortgage
I would not recommend anyone to do business with Colonial National Mortgage a.k.a. Colonial Savings. I obtained a mortgage with them in 2006 and I signed a loan application to do a fixed rate mortgage as I was led to believe this is what I was getting.
When I went to closing, I found out the loan officer, Deanna Adams, had done a bait-and-switch and switched it to an adjustable rate mortgage (ARM).
