1. Viking appliances (Radiant/Induction Cooktop, pop-up Ventilation system; Convection Microwave; Convection Touch Control Oven; Warming Drawer & Dishwasher) purchase 3 Jul 09. Oven was listed as backorder and customer requested to wait to do install of all appliances. Bray & Scarff failed to scheduled installation appt (1 Aug 09) with Installer (Pro Home) whereby all appliances were not available for install (Oven and Warming Drawer not available for install).
