something happened and i woke up to use my phone and there were no minutes left, because i was informed that i had sighned up for some phone service that i did not realize was done to me, i am a single moter on welfare and i cn not afford to take a loss like this so i had called a representitive and had it canceled but was told that i would not be getting my money back even though i never used the service once i would like my money back.put back on my phone asap. read full review »
