I paid 50% for my web design + one full year of discounted hosting. I provided 99% of all required content and 30 days later was told "we dropped the ball on your account." They proceeded to re-assign to new project manager, and 10 days later dropped the ball again. I cancelled service and was told I would have a refund within 3 days.
