Insane how bad this company is. I bought a couch and leather ottoman from Boston Interiors(no problem with the furniture) but I bought the warranty for the ottoman b/c I figured that things happen to leather and people would have their feet on it all the time. Three months after buying it, I went to clean the ottoman with the stainsafe cleaner...which went fine. But, when I went to condition it there was a white residue left on the dark brown leather. Problem. They sent someone out to clean it and told me to never use that conditioner again... read full review »
