Ordered an XTREME XG-470 gas scooter. Product sent with missing parts, broken taillight, and flat tire. The box had the wrong assemble instructions and smelled of gasoline. Requested an exchange for a new scooter. The company kept sending replacement parts/and or the wrong parts instead. They refuse to cover the cost to ship the scooter back to them for a replacement. They want the customer to cover the cost (over $100) to ship the defective item back to them. They also called to get our credit card number for them to send a new one to us.!!!... read full review »
