I was in the Sears Costa Mesa, California store a couple of weeks ago. I was using one of their shopping carts. It worked wonderfully well until I checked out and headed out the door to my car. I had an awful time trying to get the cart out the door. At first I thought the wheels were caught on the mat. Hello...the back wheels were locking! The carts are not to go outdoors!
