My AT&T Phone bill was charged $16.30 for Unauthorized services I did NOT sign up for. When I called their 800 #s I only got a VoiceMail box telling me if I wanted to Cancel, then leave my name and telephone # and other personal information. From other complaints I have read, they use this information to try to prove to that you signed up for their service. Therefore, I did not leave any information on their VoiceMail box.
