For the last 3 months i have been applying money towards my metro cell phone with credit card payments. lately the automated system pronounced that my card declined and it prvided an alternate number for me to call. The first time its happend all the operator asked me was for the card number, code on the back of the card and the experation date. the second time it happened i used my mom card so the operator asked that my mom get on the phone to verify that its her card, she did so.
