i had sent a check for my credit card payment. i called to make sure it had been credited to my account, they said no it had not. so i made a payment over the phone which, they charged a fee to do. after i finished the transaction over the phone i call the bank . they said my check had cleared. i called g e back and asked for a refund for my payment by phone. of course they refused. my payment should have been credited to my account when they received their money. read full review »
