Saw the ad, sent for the CD. Decided not to follow through and asked rep. who called to "take me off their list", as I was no longer interested. Kept receiving calls with "blocked id". When I answer phone the reps do not introduce themselves but simply say your name (Mary...?) it is very unproffessional.
