As a long term Blackberry user, and long term Verizon Wireless customer, I decided to try the Blackberry Storm. I had heard people weren't happy with it, but the salesman said I had 30 days to try it. If I didn't like it, they let you trade it for another. What he failed to disclose was that there was a $35 restocking fee. Now I am either forced to pay yet another Verizon fee (they nickle and dime you to death) or be stuck for 2 years with a slow, poor performing phone. read full review »
