Are mail carriers allowed to tell people along their routes what mail other people receive? Our mail carrier has been doing that for the longest time. Furthermore, I recently learned that out of spite she learned something about me, made copies of the whole situation, and is passing these copies out to all my neighbors along with their mail. I'm mad! Is this okay? Does their union status protect them from this? read full review »
