I have made several payments online then when my bank changed my checking acount # I updated it on thir data base using my profile and submitted a payment. That was when my problems started with them. They seem to hire people who speak in tounges or some strange language and can't understand English, and claim they don't have access to a Fax Machine. Now anyone knows that any big or small company must own a Fax Machine so that a plain Lie!!!
