I just got a new cell phone two months ago. I have never had a loan through Citi Financial Auto, yet they have my phone number connected to one of their delinquent accounts. I am sure the problem is rooted in the fact that cellphone companies recycle old phone numbers and I have become a victim of this practice. The harassment began just a day after I got my new phone.
