I ordered the trial product, on the 14th day I called to request a refund and I was refused, because they had already sent the request to my credit card. They refused to give me the rm number. After three weeks of talking to the representative, I sent the product (unopen) back by delivery confirmation. I once again called to see when they would be refunding my account, I was told by Nick Hardy, if that was his name, that he would verify that the product was returned and issue the credit. Well it is now October and I still have received nothing. I am willing to take further action. read full review »
