Mid September I agreed to a @2.00 charge for shipping of two bags of tea on a trial order and had two weeks to decide if to cancel or not. I turned around and cancelled as soon as I saw the $2.00 was charged on my account 9/25/09. I never received the two bags of tea that I ordered. I cancelled the order on line and by phone, and by cancelling I thought was done and over which I was told also over the phone.
