I ordered a Wii Console for my grandchildren for Christmas via their company website. Following full payment for the goods, I was advised that I would receive an email letting me know the delivery date. The email arrived and I was asked to telephone confirmation that the 20 December was convenient for delivery - which I did - and that is the last time I was able to contact them.
