On the 27th december I ordered a Panasonic DMP-BD35EG-K and paid for prompt delivery. On the 30th Dec I was delivered a BD35EB-K in error and after numerous phone calls informed Laskeys who promised to uplift and replace at time of uplift. They then sent a collections noten for me to complete but it was to collect the wrong product(The one not delievered).
