I had Sears coming out to clean 7 areas and was quoted $169. The living area was very dirty from foot traffic, food or drink spills, and some urine spots from some small dogs. There was also a small number of small spots in two of the three bedrooms. The cleaners came out, looked at the job and called me (I was at work) to tell me they could not do a regular cleaning due to the high number of urine spots in all the bedrooms and living/dining rooms.
