I've been a member of Blue Mountain for quite a while -- but several months ago there was an unauthorized charge of 29.99 for membership into their Create/Print program which I would NEVER use! Have been unable to get any response from them other than an acknowledement that I have two accounts -- one of which is the one I'm complaining about. I've requested a refund -- no response. Don't know how to cancel my membership - they have my credit card number and will just go on charging membership fees! What's my recourse???? read full review »
