This company doesn't post monthly payments in timely manner in order to apply $32 late fee to the account. So I began making online payments, despite the exorbitant $7.95 online payment fee. Again, my payment wasn't posted to my account in a timely manner and a $32 late fee was applied to my account. I was told repeatedly that there was nothing they could do.
