i was just wanting to know what are my rights in a uncomfortable work atmosphere??? I along with a few other teammates have been fired from my job. I was dismissed for a promotion that the guest claim they did not use at the time of their dining experience. along with that, I was employed there for 1 year plus I witnessed favoritism, nine table sections verbal disrespect from mgmt, physical assault from guest and management, and lots more issues.
