After reaching an oral agreement with a TW Supervisor that my monthly would be a certain amout for a year-my bill was raised nearly $30 a month more than the amount agreed upon-this is the 3rd time this has happened in the 27 months I have been a subsciber. Called them Sat nite and was given no satisfaction by 3 different supervisors after being put on hold for hours. This Co. needs to be sued in a class-action suit and the damages should be huge!
