We had ordered product from them in the past and had no problem with the product, We decided not to order anymore and told them to take us off their call list. They proceeded to call at least 10-15 more times and every time my husband and I told them to put us on their do not call list. Today, 10/29/2009, when they called AGAIN, and I said that I wanted them to take our name off their call list because they had called us at least 10 times, the service rep said "Is it 10 times or 15?" Obviously it had been noted what I had said last time they called. I do not appreciate the sarcasm or their refusal to take us off their call list. read full review »
