My son ordered this "free trial" on line. First of all we never recieved the product Second of all they charged over 15 in shipping and handling. Now I go on line and see the have taken 79.95 out of my bank account. I called to complain and got nonsense from a lady that doesn't even speak english. I waisted two hours of my time with them and my bank, because I had to cancel our account, for them to tell me they will refund my account in7-10 busines days. This does me no good right now.
