I want to report the horrifying experience I had with Europcar in Portugal during the month of September. On June 16th, I booked a reserve of a compact car with automatic gear for the period 15th September (Évora) – 24th September (Vila Real) under the name of my wife for the guaranteed price of 512.43 Euros.
