I received a call today from a Lamphere Associates, I spoke with a Bob Smith, (it's funny this guy has an american name, but I couldn't understand what he was saying). Anyway, he stated he was a representative from an attorney office on behalf of National Advance Payday and that I took a loan out in Dec 2008, in which I didn't even recall, I supposedly took a loan for $5oo.oo, now I owe $1, 250.00 total with fees.
