I also made the huge mistake of ordering a free sample. I just found a charge of $78.53 from Wellness Labs. I called 1-866-949-0138 and was put on hold for 15 minutes while the rep "verified" some information. The policy, as he explained it to me, is this. Once you place an order for a free sample, you have 19 days to return the product and cancel the account. Your free sample is a full 30 day supply, which they never make clear in the first place.
