After having these installed I feel I had been way overcharged after finding out what other companies were charging for the exact same service and product. They also broke one of my windows and tried to deny it but since it was a new house and had just been inspected top to bottom they didn't have much of a leg to stand on. The people who replaced the glass said it was due to being improperly installed. They finally paid to have it fixed about 3 weeks later. They charged me twice the going rate for the same product.
