Be Aware!!! When you call First American Home Warranty, before customer service picks up the call, the recording talk about “Service, Value, and Integrity”. Well let me tell you, I have been a client since 2003 and only recently when I called to make a claim my experience was NOTHING LIKE “Service, Value, and Integrity” they talk about.
